Study On Problems & Countermeasures On The Educating Function Of Universities' Logistics Socialization Reform In Chongqing

The promotion of the reform for socialization in the logistics is a significant way to improve the level of logistic service and boost the development of universities in China. By the reform, the logistics will better face the market and better serve for teachers and students. It also provides a powerful guarantee for the development of universities by enhancing its own strength. Meanwhile, the logistics should center on the aim to educate people and make full use.The city of Chongqing, which is situated in west of China has embraced rapid economic development. However, due to various factors such as shortage of fund, discrepancy among universities, disconnection between pragmatic process and facilities and disorder of logistic market, the reform for socialization in the logistics lag behind and hinder the development of universities. The resources of logistics are in low levels which aggravate its situation such as its low-qualified staff, low-leveled management and low-grade abilities for completion.Nowadays, the principle of reform should be carried out and the aim to serve and educate people should be achieved. Under the background of reform in Chongqing's universities and according to the researches and analysis of universities' logistics in Chongqing, some major problems are showed in the function of educating students. First of all, teachers and students of universities feel puzzled about the whole concept of the reform.They are also unaware of the function. Secondly, the function of educating students is ignored by people in Chongqing.Thirdly, the measures are not enough and the policies are not useful. The last, the quality of the staff in the logistics is relatively low basic which is not conductive to make full use of the function of logistics.To solve those existing problems in making full use of the function of educating students in Chongqing, four measures are put forward. First of all, leaders in universities should pay much attention to the function of logistics, enact effective policies and improve the capability of management. Secondly, the staff concerned should center on the students and enhance the function of education. Thirdly, campus culture which is a way to realize education should be constructed. Last but not the least, the quality of the staff should be improved so as to provide basic conditions for making full use of the logistics. In conclusion, in order to contribute to development of universities in Chongqing, people concerned should grasp the chance of the reform, strengthen own abilities to develop independently, improve the service and education and make full use of the logistics.
