Pole vault is a sports events, which requires the athletes have speed and jumping ability of the Sprinters and Long jumpers, more over it also requires the athletes with proprioception and body control ability of Gymnasts, It is one of the athletic events with complex technology in track and field. It reflects both of the characteristics of physique dominated event-group and skill dominated event-group, Physical core strength training is a new type training methods in competitive sports training, with a good effect on the neuromuscular system and proprioceptive nervous system of athletes, thereby enhancing the body control ability. By using the method of litertature review, question survey method, experimental method, video analysis, mathematical statistics, implementation of Physical core strength training on part of the excellent women pole vaulters, through 15 weeks Physical core strength training, comparing and analyzing the pre and post Physical core strength indicators, stength quality indicators, speed indicators, technical indicators, competition results of experimental subjects, statistics and analysis the resullt of the experiment results. The conclusions of this study are as follows:1 There are four indicators of 16 kinds of motion exercises in the Physical core strength training of Women's pole vault;the strenth quality index filter condition:16 the Physical core strength,3 upper body strength,3 lower limb strength,2 body force strength; speed quality index filter condition:2 the hold pole running,4 take-off instantly.2 Through the Physical core strength training experiment results, after the experiment 14 move indicators of the 16 Physical core strength training indicators results significantly improved (p<0.05) of 5 women pole vault players,4 indicators of the control ability of the core muscle groups is significant difference (p<0.05), through 15 weeks Physical core strength training, it made a good effect on the stability, coordination ability, explosice force of the core muscle groups. 3 Through 15 weeks Physical core strength training, 5 women pole vault players'stength quality and speed quality are all improved, in the stength quality, four indicators just as:long jump, running up ten-stage hurding step, barbell power clean, quick barbell snatch are significant difference (p<0.05), in the speed quality, tow indicators just as: 30meters approach holdingpole and 60meters running are significant difference (p<0.05), other stength quality and speed quality indicators are not obvious. It shows that physical core strength training effect on upper and lower extremities of the exerting force action to some extent.4 After the experiment, the hold pole running trunk anteversion angle, swinging leg hip-bone joint angle, take-off angle, trunk inclination angle, transient leave space upper grip arm humeral angle of the 5 women pole vault players are significantly improved (p<0.05), but the take-off leg knee angle did not change much in transent leave space movement. It shows that the Physical core strength training have a effect on the trunk joint angle.5 After the experiment, the improvement of the 5 women pole vault players of the are the Physical core strength did not realize the breakthrough of the competion results, indicating that the traning of the Physical core strength and pole valut technique skill are not synchronous development, leading to the Physical core strength training did not promote the improvement of the competition results.
