Core strength training is a popular contemporary domestic professional team physical training methods, but little amateur training applications. In this paper, Guangdong Zhong Yuan Secondary School1615-17year-old men’s400meters athletes as experimental subjects through the implementation of the comparison of the results of the test target core strength training program with traditional strength training programs, and explore the core of the15-17year-old high school men’s400meters athletes ways and means of strength training and detection training effect by the experimental results, the400-meter training for secondary school students to provide a theoretical reference and basis. The conclusions are as follows:(1) After8weeks core strength training experimental intervention,15-17-year-old high school athletes in the men’s400meters400meters results significantly improve the performance of the experimental group compared with the control.(2) after8weeks core strength training experimental intervention,15-17-year-old high school men’s400meters athletes in addition to Hurdle Step no significant change, other test indicators showed the two groups before and after the experiment were significantly increased, and the experimental group results significantly higher scores.(3) the experimental group and the control group, the majority of test indicators showed significant growth trend, indicating that the traditional strength training indispensable Core Strength Training College400meters athlete training effect is more significant.
