Purpose:Associated with the factors of Wushu,explore how toscientific and reasonablely introduce the Core Strength Training it`s training. ComparedCore strength training with Routine training, on the influence of the wushu athletes’physical qualities.Method: Divide research objects into Experimental Group A (CoreStrength Training) and Matched Group B (Routine Training), with10athletes of each group.Training three months and testing four times. The initial test before thetraining,tested once every month. Number of tests A and B two groups respectivelylabeled A1、A2、A3、A4and B1、B2、B3、B4.The specific test items include the coreisometric strength, the body flexibility,the body balance ability, core back lateralflexibility quality, special technology. For the statistical processing of the test data,analyses and evaluation the reason of the experimental results. Results:1)Both CoreStrength Training and Routine Training can effectively increase wushu players`coreisometric strength. Flexion, extension, lateral flexion and swing of the former isometricmuscle strength respectively increased25.6%、37.3%、22.0%and28.8%; flexion,extension and swing of the later isometric muscle strength respectively increased16.2%、10.6%and16.1%.2)Both Core Strength Training and Routine Training caneffectively increase wushu players`body flexibility,both increased17%,and the fastlifting speed of the former than the latter.3)Both Core Strength Training and RoutineTraining can increase wushu players`balance ability, Its effective training results49.9%and30.3%.4)Training equipment used in this study did a positive work. Conclusions:1)Wushu needs a stronger core strength.2) In order to achieve better training effect andenable athletes to maintain higher training initiative, physical fitness training of Wushuroutine athletes can combined core strength training with regular training.3) Whendesign Core strength training program, you must pay attention to the characteristics ofwushu and the difficulty of the requirements, consider athletes`basic physical diathesis,and at the same time adjust with the stage of training and athletes physical changes.
