Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of The Teaching Capacity About The Undergraduates Who Major In Volleyball From Beijing Sport University

Because of the rapid development of science and technology, the mutual penetration of various disciplines, the prosperity of edge disciplines, the accelerating update of Professional, the increasingly fierce social competition, the strict demands required by the social, this research combines the characteristics of volleyball teaching and the evolving trends of volleyball, uses the methods of documentary and mathematical statistics, through questionnaire survey and interviewing methods on the volleyball undergraduates and volleyball teachers of Beijing Sport University, to explore the main factors of the forming of teaching capacity, and then aim at these main factors, give some constructive suggestions to improve the teaching ability of volleyball undergraduates from some aspects of basic quality of students and teachers, the curriculum provision and so on. The conclusions of this research are as follows:The main factors of the forming of teaching capacity of volleyball undergraduates from Beijing Sport University are students, teachers, courses and environmental. Which the student factor is made up of the volleyball skills, the level of the volleyball knowledge, self-awareness, the learning motivation. The teacher factor is made up of teaching ability, the level the professional theoretical knowledge, the level of the volleyball skills, the professional ethics of teacher, the personal charisma. The course factor is made up of practice of teaching, the objectives, the contents, the distribution, and the assessment of volleyball courses. The environmental factor is made up of the environment and conditions of volleyball courses, extracurricular opportunities of practice, the employment prospects of volleyball. These main factors have some features as follows:l.The students can not use the volleyball knowledge flexibly. The students from physical education and sports training both need to strengthen the works of the volleyball coach, the organization of the volleyball competition, the scientific research of volleyball, the formulation of volleyball teaching and training files, the mental trainings of volleyball players, the tactical training, the teaching volleyball tactics to. The students need to increase the capacity of the volleyball skills. The students from physical education need to strengthen the consciousness of competitions, mental abilities, spike, serve, volleyball defensive and offensive tactics. The students from sports training need to strengthen the mental abilities, block, dig, volleyball defensive and offensive tactics, general physical fitness. The students'self-awareness ability are strong. Most students have good motivations to learn volleyball.2. The level of the teachers'teaching capacity is high, but the methods of volleyball teachers'teaching require innovation, they need to pay more attention to the cultivation of students'teaching capacity. Technical and tactical level of volleyball teachers meet students'needs, but theoretical knowledge of some teachers should be further improved. The volleyball teachers have good professional ethics and good personality.3. The time of teaching practice can meet students'needs, the students from physical education and sports training both need to further improve teaching creativity, adaptability to changes, instructional design, organization skills, teaching evaluation capacity. The volleyball course objectives are reasonable. The volleyball content and training classes meet students'needs, but the time of theory lessons do not meet. The volleyball examination can reflect the true level of students, but the evaluation system need to be improved. The teaching examinations can effectively promote the enthusiasm of the students, improve the teaching ability of the students4. The atmosphere of volleyball in the school is thin. The volleyball courts and equipment facilities need to be further improved. The extracurricular opportunities about volleyball are less, which does not meet the needs of students. The volleyball employment prospects are not optimistic, but most students are able to cope with.
