The Study Both On The Bone Development And The Age Characteristic Of The Spurt Period Of Puberty Of Primary And Middle School Girls In Beijing

Many factors including social and economic development affect the speed of human development, especially youth spurt period. It's not seen the study both on the bone development and the age characteristic of the spurt period of puberty of primary and middle school girls in Beijing. We select a few students in Beijing, aged from 6 to 18 years old female students, a total of 1,200 people. I have measured each participant's height, weight, chest circumference and the power of gripping of his left and right hand. And then we have taken each subject's left and right hand X-ray photos according to the standard of hand and wrist radiographs. To handle and measure subjects'bone developmental condition with the method of CHN atlas, G-P atlas and China 05.Finally, I obtain the following conclusions:(1)The school girls'developmental type of modern Beijing is that premature of 29.96%,12.92% late development, and normal development of 57.12%.(2) During the same period, the height, weight,chest circumference of Beijing girl are all higher than Chinese han girl while with the age increasing, the three indexes have different levels of growth trend.(3)The development law of the girls'height, weight, chest circumference is premature> normal development> late development. But after 14 year, it began to reverse.(4)The youth peak spurt period and peak age of gril students who are different development types are not the same:height, peak age of premature is 9 years old, normal development is 10 years old and late development is 11 years old; the development law of weight is as the same as the height; chest circumference, peak age of premature is 7and 9 years old, normal development is 10 years old and late development is 13 years old. (5)Judging the bone age of Beijing girl students by CHN assessment method:youth spurt of acceleration advances of the start time of 0.77 years, peak age start 0.58 years earlier, deceleration time begins at 0.8 years earlier.(6)The growth of left and right hand have not significant difference. In addition, the skeletal age of the superior hand and the non-superior hand don't have the significant difference.
