Objective:In order to put the supercompensation theory appliedto sports practice,This study based on the glycogen aerobic swim exercise model,through the rat different cycle of weight training, Observation and the determination ofthe skeletal muscles material and metabolic energy index in the different periods. tomaster the law of skeletal muscle supercompensation under glycogen aerobic supplyingenergy. Provide theoretical reference for arranging the training reasonably,enhancingthe body’s ability and improving athletic performance for the athletes.Methods: Divided132SD male rats into4groups stochastically: group S1:42rats,single cycles training group,(heavyintensity training once a week); group S2two cyclestraining group (heavyintensity training twice a week); group S3:42rats, three cyclestraining group (heavyintensity training three times a week); group S0:6rats, normalcontrast group.First,make training group rats for a week of adaptability swimming.Thenas noted above,training group A、 B have carried on one week-long training.weight-bearing12%their own body weight. Each swimming sesstion for16minuteswhich is aerobic energy supply dominated. After continuous training a week, Observedthe immediately after swimming、12h、24h、36h、48h、60h and72h biochemical targetsafter training respectively. Then determine of the muscle glycogen and SDH、CK、SODin the rats gastrocnemius,and elaborating on the law of supercompensation glycogenaerobic exercise.Results:1.The muscle glycogen content of each group decreased after trainingimmediately, especially a significant difference in group S2,S3(P<0.01); Group S1returned to normal level at12hours after training, and increased significantly at48hours with a highly significance difference (P<0.01); Group S2returned at12hours,increasing obviously and appearing supercompensation at60hours (P<0.01); Group S3returned to quiet level at24hours and was higher than group S0at60hours aftertraining (P<0.05).2. SDH of skeletal muscle had a rising trend immediately aftertraining in groups S3; Group S1at48hours drop to quiet numerical(P <0.01), SDH ofgroup S2at48hours less than the contrast group significantly (P<0.01); group S3returnto normal numerical at36hours after training, At48hours appear decreased sharply,has unusual marked difference (P<0.01). And SDH activity of group S2,S3wereincreased significantly at72hours(P<0.05).3. CK of skeletal muscle increasesimmediately after training in group S1S3, Group S1restored and below the original levelat24hours after training(P<0.05),Group S2has been restored to the original level at12hours after training, at48hours CK numerical even down to normal, and and highly significant difference (P<0.01); group S3is relatively slowly, and restore to a quietnumerical at36hours, CK numerical appear fall below quiet level at60hours obviously(P <0.01).4.Each group SOD of skeletal muscle declined at immediately after training,especially in group S1S2(P <0.05). Group S2return to the normal at24hours,andincreased slightly at48hours after training(P<0.01); SOD activity of Group S3continued to rise from24hours,and in excess of contrast group,present markedsignificance difference at48hours(P<0.01).Conclusion:1. In the condition of glycogen aerobic exercise, the CK recovery timeof the rats single cycles training group appear in24hours after swimming training. Therecovery time of the muscle glycogen,SDH index appear in around48hours afterswimming training. And SOD is not obvious.2. In the condition of glycogen aerobicexercise, the recovery time of two cycles training group each index appear in around48hours after swimming training; with a highly significance difference. This group modeis more suitable for glycogen aerobic exercise.3. In the condition of glycogen aerobicexercise, the recovery time of skeletal muscle each index appear in between48and60hours after swimming training; and present marked significance difference. But thisgroup of training intensity is too heavy, not suitable for long-term training arrangement.
