Trying to achieve the following purpose and significance through the research of business model of Beijing children's amateur football club, collate and analyze existing business model, analyzing the pros and cons exist to sum up experiences, lessons learned, promote the good experiences to the community, leading the children's amateur football club in the right business model to maximize the degree under the direction of the market value and reflect the important social value, to contribute my ability to the development of the business model of children's amateur football clubs.Found out the following conclusions after studying large number of documents in the inspection, choosing the Bokai Zhongxing International Children's Amateur Football Club, Silver Tide football club and Huilongguo Club as my research targets.1. Children Amateur Football Club business model concept:to train children at 4-12 years old, all the operation of the clubs are trying to marketing and make profit from them.2. Funds of Amateur Football Clubs is single channel, mainly come from personal contribution and membership dues, less of corporate sponsors, community support and government sports lottery.3. The coaches often change by various reasons which is not good to the continues development of the clubs.4. The current marketing methods is on different levels, Bokai is using various way to promote, but Silver Tide and Huolongguo are less of marketing, just use very single way to promote. 5. At the moment, Children's football Club is still in the early stages of development, the rules and regulations and supervision and evaluation systems are not perfect, are still constantly being explored and summarized.6. The support from government is very little, verbal praise and spiritual rewards are more than material rewards.7. Because of the bad business running, most of the clubs are generally taking different forms to meet the needs of parents and children.
