PE teachers of young age, as talented people of physical education, are the future of the development of PE in higher school. The fundamental strategy for educational reform and development is to build a rank of teachers with good political quality, reasonable structure and comparable stability. PE teachers are the direct organizers of physical education and the instructors of the professional work. Since they are the No.1 fresh force of PE teaching, their professional quality can directly influence the development of PE reform in higher school.These are the purposes of this research paper:First, to know the current situation of PE teachers in higher school of Hebei province through investigation towards PE teachers in fifty-six higher schools of Hebei province; Second, to understand the emphasis they pay to the exam of teaching skills; Third, to find the reasons of causing differences by light of analysis of the results of two exams; Forth, to encourage PE teachers of young age to establish ascendant project and find out demerits according to the situation of examining; Fifth, to give a reasonable judgment of their teaching skills and confirm thei r positions; Lastly, to raise some developing strategies for the constructing of teacher troops which may be taken as the reference of making politics for improving the quality of PE teachersThis paper analyzes the teaching technology examining of young PE teachers in our province with the scientific research method of consulting, documenting, making public questionnaire survey, Telfey method, using mathematic statistics and logical analysis thus concludes that the young PE teachers of institution of higher education in our province has the (?)endency of being younger, low academic credential and little systematic training, thus they have a large room to develop. The two different technology exams have great differences not only in average results and total results, but also in the rate of people in different levels. Teachers'teaching method tends to descend so that we must pay attention to the situation. From this examining result, we can see that both the superior courses and inferior courses have distinct difference, we should make a good guide according to the different case. Through the synthetic judgment, the fact that the general level of their teaching is not as good is worth worried about. It will be better to make it exceptional by way of taking different kinds of measures. The fast development of the troops of PE teachers should be promoted by improving managing mode, formalizing professional training, expediting the reform of curriculum system, etc.
