The Psychological contract is an implicit expectation about the responsibility between employee and organization of parties in addition to the visible text of contracts. Basing on the theory of psychological contract, this research uses the empirical study method to discuss the psychological contract dimensions and influencing factors for higher vocational school teachers.The article bases on the existing literature of theoretical analysis and China's current reality, and compiles questionnaire of the psychological contract dimensions for public higher vocational school teachers. According to the questionnaire data, we got a three-factor structure of psychological contract dimensions. And we also tested the influence of demographics on the psychological contract dimensions. The results are as follows:1. It was more appropriate to describe the psychological contract dimensions for higher vocational school teachers as three dimensions. They are normal obligation, developmental obligation and interpersonal obligation, which suggested that in the facets of "the obligation of teachers" and "the obligation of school".2. In the study of the influence of demographics on the psychological contract dimensions found that, there are significant differences among age, educational background and teachering age. However, there were no significant differences with different gender and different title.
