Research On The Incentive System Of Guangxi Higher Vocational Teachers Base On The 3 Dimension Model Of Psychological Contrat

Taking S Vocational College as a case, base on the psychological contract "trade-relation-develop" of 3 Dimension structure design of the questionnaire, interviews of S vocational college teachers, psychological contract research in the excitation mechanism for teachers. Using the Data which were analyzed by statistical software SPSS, to deduce that the problems exist in the current incentive system of S Vocational Teachers' in the incentive idea,incentive mechanism and incentive measures, and points out that the application of psychological contract in 9 key points of teachers' incentive system structure, so as to construct a system framework of 3 Dimensions incentive model for Vocational College Teachers base on Psychological Contract theory.S vocational college teachers incentive system framework is representative of the higher vocational colleges in Guangxi, so this model to establish the incentive system of teachers in Guangxi vocational colleges, present the psychological contract incentive measures based on the 3 Dimension "trade-relations-development" of psychological contract, mainly including 9 key points of incentive measures,Among them,salary distribution, performance evaluation and benefits,this 3 key incentive points based on the Dimension of "Trade", participation in decision-making,emotional communication and humanistic environment,this 3 key incentive points based on the Dimension of "Realtion",latitude promotion, training and learning, occupation planning,this 3 key incentive points based on the Dimension of "Develop", relying on the 9 main incentive points,we can build a comprehensive,complete three-dimensional model of Guangxi higher vocational college teachers incentive system based on the psychological contract.
