Recruitment and interview is the most important means of selecting, used by almost all organizations. However, as an interaction of both candidates and interviewers, the interview inevitably subjects to a variety of factors, which led to many errors.At present, relevant research has focused on a number of explicit indicators, and questionnaire is the most used research method. Experimental studies which detect the inner indicators are highly needed. In this study, based on relevant research findings, we use self-similarity face as the index of nepotism, and the simulation of a multinational management trainee as a job interview situation to explore the impact of inner nepotism to the recruitment interview. It contains three parts:First, the questionnaire. Each of the subjects were asked to complete 9 questions on a 7-point scale survey to test their dominant judgments on the recruitment interviews. We found the subjects showed no preference to the apparent nepotism, and hold an optimistic attitude to the interview fairness.Experimentalâ… .
