Objective This paper's purpose is to study which impression management tactices that graduate adpot in employment interview, whether the impression management style and communication apprehension can influence impression management tactices' use . Method Adopt interview and questionnaires to collect data and analyze them with SPSS 11.5. Result (1) In employment interview , impression management tactices which graduate adopt include "self-enhance", "ingratiation", " view-observance " " behavior-adjustment", " decision-presentation ", construct two-dimention impression management tactic common model.(2) Sex, subject and the lever of education influence graduate 's impression management tactices'use . (3) Impression management style influences impression management tactices' use. individuals'score with high self-monitoring are significantly higher than individuals with low self-monitoring in impression management tactic questionnaire. (4) Communication apprehension influences impression management tactices' use. individuals'score with high communication apprehension are significantly lower than individuals with low communication apprehension in impression management tactic questionnaire.Conclusion Impression management tactices which graduate adopt in employment interview should further improve. Individuals with high self-monitoring and low communication apprehension are more advantaged in employment interview, in order to improve the radio of success in employment interview, graduate should strengthen education of psychological health and improve communication apprehension situtation.
