Physics is an important natural subjects. Students learn through physical, we can understand the laws of nature, get to know the nature of things, understanding the scientific content, training the spirit of scientific inquiry and scientific attitude, to establish a correct outlook on life and values.Because of this, the physical education curriculum in schools, especially in basic education has an irreplaceable role.In the junior secondary level, students have started learning physics course. However, students from middle school into high school, in physics courses, the show was not suited. In the junior secondary level, students have started learning physics course. This article is not suited to the situation from the start of students from middle and high school physics textbooks and teaching methods, cognitive aspects, analysis of middle and high school physics teaching "step" because there is, the perspective of the high school physics teaching "Inefficient "phenomenon, and analyzes the reasons. On this basis, on the first link on a high school physics teaching are explored, some suggestions.Based on the literature research and in practical teaching experience, to mention a number of superficial recommendations. In my opinion, to make a better high school physics teaching in early link up, but also middle and high school physics teachers to work together with each other. Through mutual exchanges, to understand the physical and psychological characteristics of students to grasp the characteristics of middle and high school physics teaching, from reality, choose appropriate teaching methods.
