The survey found that nowadays culture of football talents in Shanghai there are still many problems. Such as:lack of youth interest in football, coaches overall quality is not strong, lack of technical and tactical players, parents do not support their children play, the shortage of funds, lack of venues and equipment. If these problems are not to be improved and resolved, the level of Shanghai's long-term development of football is very unfavorable. To solve these problems, we propose to improve training in Shanghai Football Talents main measures include:actively develop students interest in football, the introduction and training for coaches, to raise funds for the social aspects, the development of schools football tournaments.
