The Study Of Talents Training System Of Campus Football Between Coherent Education Stages In Putuo District,shanghai

This study uses literature,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to investigate a series of factors related to the school layout,school football culture,academics and training,talent transfer,hardware and teachers in the school football "one-stop" talent training system in Putuo District,Shanghai,to sort out the problems that exist in the development and construction of the school football "one-stop" talent training system in Shanghai.The study also summarized the problems of the school football "one-stop" talent training system in Putuo District,and further discussed how to further improve the school football "one-stop" talent training system in Putuo District in the future,so as to provide a better opportunity for the district to promote and popularize school football.The project also proposes strategies on how to further improve the "one-stop" talent training system for school football in Putuo District,so as to better promote and popularise school football in the district and cultivate elite football reserve talents.The study concluded that:（1）Shanghai Putuo District has formed a "one-stop" talent training system with Jin Sha Jiang Road Primary School,Meilong Junior High School and Cao Yang Second High School as the representative schools.（2）In terms of building up a football culture in Putuo District,the most important activity is the "Football Festival",followed by some cultural activities with the theme of football.（3）The "one-stop" talent development system in Putuo District,Shanghai,has developed a healthy after-school training and competition mechanism,with teams training after school at a regular frequency and length every week and participating in a certain number of matches.Parents and school authorities have developed a fixed understanding of how to deal with the conflict between academics and training and competition,and the school authorities are able to focus on the students’ academic performance alongside their training.（4）Shanghai Putuo District has developed a mature system of matching talent from primary,junior and senior levels within the’one-stop’ talent development system for school football.（5）The schools in Putuo District,Shanghai,have a certain amount of football field facilities,professional football teachers with certain qualifications,and a post-service training system for teachers,but there is a lack of standard football field resources.（6）The school football "one-stop" talent development system in Putuo District,Shanghai,is currently facing a series of difficulties,including the continued pressure for further education,the imbalance between talent development and popularisation,the unbalanced treatment of men and women in football talent development,the lack of support from universities for further education,the small number of standard football pitches,and the shortage of football teachers.（7）To address the crux of the dilemma,Shanghai Putuo District should expand the school layout of the "one-stop" talent training system,promote the sharing of resources within the system,expand the diversified development pathway of football talents,improve the balance between popularisation and talent training,and ensure the characteristic advantages of women’s football on the basis of the same strength to A series of development strategies to promote the development of men’s football.
