The traditional teaching has regarded students as containers who passively accepts the knowledge.It has neglected the needs of students as the individual life and their initiative, which results in students' one-sided development. With the implementation of the new curriculum, the students' subjectivity is more and more emphasized. So when we face every fresh life in class teaching, we are going to see the status of every life. It includes the initial status of students when they enter the classroom; the suggestions, viewpoints, arguments and wrong answers produced during the class interaction, etc. They are all resources from students and can't be ignored. Capture and use of these resources has great value to promote the interaction of classroom teaching.In the first part, starting from the practice of classroom teaching, the existing problems in capturing and utilizing resources are diagnosed, such as blind capture, mechanical capture, serial presentation resources, and separate processing resources and so on. And the formation of reasons for the issues based on the problem diagnosis were discussed, mainly focus on the following aspects:firstly, the concept of teachers' classroom resources affects the judge of capture and use. Secondly, the teachers' sensitivity to the types of resources affects the handling efficiency. Thirdly, the utilization of resources affects the achievement of interactive and formative purposeThe second part focuses on possibility of solving problem based on the analysis of the reasons. The result of analysis shows that teacher's practical ability plays an important role on capturing, judging and utilizing resources. So interactive teaching appealing for teacher's viewpoint on resources and his capturing and using ability are emphasisly discussed in the second part. Firstly, a correct outlook of resource is the basic guarantee of interactive teaching process. On the one hand, during interactive teaching "cultivate human" is regarded as the final purpose. To realize this goal, we should take resources as guarantee. So, on the other hand, resources are the basic conditions of the interactive teaching. Secondly, this paper expounds the teachers capturing and effective utilizing resources can promote interactive generation of the teaching process. The generation of resources premises "gravity down", that is providing the opportunity for students to join activities in class. Capturing the resources chiefly lies in "Student Analysis". Making efficient use of resources is to interactive generation of the teaching process. So teaching interactive generation and resources capturing and using promote mutually.The third part stresses how to capture and utilize resources. It mainly discusses some basic principles of the capture and utilization of resources, sensitive acquisition, classification and interactive promotion. According to different types of resources, the strategies of capturing and utilizing resources have been put forward. The examples of the classroom practices have been used to specify the use of those strategies such as processing and generation of the "half-done products" resources, comparative communication of diverse resources and "deviation" resources comparison.
