Today, the implementation of the new curriculum reform, how to develop and use generative teaching resources will be a new research topic in front of us. In order to improve the effectiveness of junior high school biology teachers' classroom teaching,and to improve their professional quality, we should strengthen the understanding and Research on the concept of "generative". The traditional teaching mode should be improved, to create a relaxed and positive atmosphere in the original class, timely capture and make good use of the classroom production resources, because it is fleeting, flexible presupposition teaching content, with the form of micro-blog,teaching reflection and teaching papers summarize reflection, so as to promote teachers' professional development.In this study, the biology teachers of four junior high schools in Zhenjiang new district were investigated, and the present situation of the utilization capacity of generative biology teachers in junior middle school was investigated, and the results were analyzed deeply. This research through the typical case analysis of the present situation of biology classroom,the classroom production resources and utilization method, and expounds the researcher's personal point of view, also puts forward several points to generate resources development and utilization countermeasures:improve the occupation accomplishment,enhance the awareness and understanding of"generation"; teaching improvement way,create a relaxed classroom atmosphere;elastic presupposition, constant reflection, professional growth.
