Social physical education Major is a strongly applied major. Students who is major in Social PE must have abilities which are fitness guide, managing and so on.. To achieve this goal, students must put theoretical knowledge into practice, then check, solidify and deepen the theoretical knowledge in practice. Therefore, to train practice ability for the students major in Social PE is greatly significative. In this paper, by literature, questionnaire, interview, review on the spot, and mathematical statistics and so on, it was investigated social practice ability of the students major in Social PE in Zhejiang colleges and universities. By analyzing the problems during training socail practice abilities, and proposing overall optimize system for approach to trainning socail practice abilities which make students adapt to society well, it was proposed theoretical basis and reference, It was showed that:1, The students major in Social PE lccked awareness for social practical ability in Zhejiang and professional guidance teacher. The number of times for participation in social practice was smaller, practice time is shorter, especially low-grade student. The teachers and students should strengthen importance for trainning social practical abilities. It was strengthened macro-control for trainning social practical abilities by schools, leaders, teachers and community support.2, The organise form and content for trainning social practical abilities in Zhejiang was simplex. It shoule tend to multi-channel, for example, organizing stuedents to guide fitness, managing, organizing athleticism, arranging, social investigation, and review on the spot, which is to improve observational and analysis abilities.3, The social practical abilities of students major in PE were poor. It was lacked of conformity between person-cultivated model and social demand. It should found social practical organization, carry out tutorial system, strengthen practice teaching, adopt credit hour system, and increase hours for social practice. 4, It was lacked social pracitical foundatin for Social PE Major, so it was far from satisfying the stuedentds'demand. Based on this actuality, it should increase invest on building pracitical foundatin to satisfy the stuedentds' demand, which can improve synthetical stuff. By this way, it will supply excellent social PE persons for social demand.5, It didn't have manage system and scientific check and evaluate system for trainning social practical abilities. It should strengthen social practice management, establish scientific check and evaluate system, build new circulation system for trainning social practical abilities, promote social pratice of higher education to be specializaton, standardization socialization and marketization.
