| Social practice is one of the educational activities to cultivate students in colleges and universities.It is an important way for contemporary college students to contact the society,increase their talents,understand the national conditions,cultivate their character,strengthen their will and enhance their sense of social responsibility.Sports is a so closely integrated theory and practice of the discipline,students must have the ability to apply the theoretical knowledge into practice,sports education professional more and more students are spontaneous in their spare time in various forms to participate in paid professional social practice,it can not only promote the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports in the society,at the same time,the sports education professional students complete for their inspection in the process of practice,constantly enrich their social experience,improve professional quality.In the process of practice,students majoring in physical education will also encounter many problems.For example,different students have different value orientations in professional paid social practice,which will have different influences on the practice effect.Through the investigation and research on the current situation of paid social practice of students majoring in physical education in Beijing universities,this paper tries to lay a good theoretical foundation for the relevant content of paid social practice of students majoring in physical education.This paper takes the current situation of professional paid social practice of students majoring in physical education in Beijing colleges and universities as the research object,and adopts methods such as literature data,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate the students majoring in physical education in four universities in Beijing.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The participation status and cognition status of students majoring in physical education of Beijing universities in professional paid social practice.In comparison of universities,grades and gender,Beijing sports university accounts for the highest proportion.Information acquisition mainly comes from the introduction of classmates or friends,which is relatively traditional.2.The working institutions for students majoring in physical education in Beijing colleges and universities are mainly primary and middle schools,outdoor development training institutions,entrance examination for secondary school or college physical training classes and gyms.The main types of work are physical education teachers,referees,coaches,etc.The main events are three big ball,track and field,badminton.3.As students majoring in physical education in Beijing universities increase in grade,their professional knowledge,skills and abilities improve,and their salary increases with the increase of grade.From the difference between male and female students,male students earn more,while there is no big difference between them.4,Beijing university sports education professional students paid professional social practice in the value orientation,is very important to improve the teaching level,rich experience in teaching as the main value orientation and value orientation,in order to realize the employment for the purpose of the more important is to understand the social,improve the value orientation of social adaptation ability is given priority to,in order to expand the scope of communication,the value orientation of accumulated contacts and to earn money as the main purpose of value orientation and showed the students to participate in the paid professional social practice goal is very clear.5.Professional paid social practice promotes the development of mass sports in China.Professional paid social practice will,to some extent,guide and promote the education reform of sports colleges and departments. |
