Preschool education as an important part of foundation education and initial stage occupies the irreplaceable based position in the foundation education and lifelong education system. Revitalizing the nation is education and revitalizing education is teachers. The status of preschool teachers directly relate to the level of quality and overall development of preschool education. To improve the status of preschool teacher, teacher policy which is as an important part of education policy has unique value and occupies a very important position.This study take the perspective from central teachers policies and policy suggestions of experts and scholars which embody the preschool teachers status. we select 850 preschool teachers which are from Beijing, Hunan and Sichuan as objects. The purpose of this study is mainly investigation of the evaluation of all objects about the feasibility, implementation, and utility degree of central preschool teachers policies and the importance, urgency and feasibility of policy suggestions of experts and scholars.This research found:(1) The feasibility of central preschool teachers policies generally has high evaluation. (2) The implementation of central preschool teachers policies is generally not optimistic. (3) The feasibility, implementation, and utility degree of central preschool teachers policy appear more or less significant differences between kindergarten properties, urban and rural areas, kindergarten levels and provinces. (4) The evaluation about the importance, urgency and feasibility of policy suggestions of experts and scholars generally score higherAccording to the above survey results, we will perfect our country preschool teacher status policy as follows. (1) Revise and perfect our central preschool teachers' status policy to guarantee scientific and effectiv policy. (2) Strengthen coordination between the governments at all levels and give the moderate decision to local governments. (3) Implement policy inclination to the disadvantaged to guarantee education fairness. (4) Establishing long-effective and institutionalized financial investment protection system.
