A Study Of Preschool Teachers' Job Burnout Status And Influenced Factors In Anshan

Job burnout is an excessive demand by the work itself on individual ability,energy and resources,resulting in a collection of state workers feel exhausted.Preschool teachers play an important role in the development of children,the job burnout of preschool teacher will not only harm themselves,but also have a negative impact on the growth of children.At present,the research on the teachers' burnout is mainly on primary and secondary school teachers,few on preschool teachers.It can be said that the study of preschool teachers' job burnout is still in an immature state.Therefore,it's significant to focus on preschool teachers' job burnout.The author applied questionnaire method to study preschool teachers' job burnout status in Anshan.I draw some conclusions as follow:1.The job burnout of preschool teachers in Anshan city is in the middle level.2.Married preschool teachers' job burnout is more serious.3.Public kindergarten teachers' job burnout is more serious.4.The degree of teacher burnout is more serious.In order to further explore the factors that affect the job burnout of preschool teachers in Anshan,the author combines questionnaire survey and interview method,draws the following conclusions:1.The high expectation value of preschool teachers is one of the influencing factors on preschool teachers' job burnout.2.Parents do not understand the work of kindergarten teachers and distrust,resulting in a reduction in the sense of achievement of preschool teachers.3.Preschool teachers lack the ability of self-regulation,and they will not vent their bad emotions in time.On the basis of previous studies,in order to reduce the job burnout of preschool teachers,the author puts forward a chant of suggestions concerning teachers,society,parents and kindergarten management departments.
