Survey Report On The Demands Of Instructional Designer In Enterprises

In recent years, recruitment information for Instructional Designer has appeared in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other big cities of China. For the educational technology graduates, undoubtedly, the news is an exciting signal that the post of the Instructional Designer is in hot abroad and the post is emerging in the market of China.In the process of research, for expounding and demonstrating the issues which need to be solved, the paper has adopted questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews on the basis of document analysis.Through investigation of the professional background, roles, responsibilities, ability quality of instructional designers in enterprise, the paper has defined the present situation of the instructional designers and found some shortcomings and problems. On this basis, this paper has analyzed the challenges of the instructional designers at work and made instructional designers should have the ability and quality. Hopefully, this study will provides some basis for formulating reasonable training scheme of instructional designers and widen the employment channels. Finally, the summary of this study and the outlook for instructional designers were concerned.
