Designing And Developing Of Online Training Curriculum For Occupational Qualification Certification

With the development of science and technology at the 21st century, humans entered an unprecedented information age, which puts forward new requirements and challenges to practitioners from all walks of life and human resources construction became the top priority task of many countries. Since 1993, China has established a perfect system of occupational qualification certificate, and has trained a large number of high-quality talents who have knowledge and skills. With the rapid development of our economy and the spreading of lifelong learning concept, there will be more people need to accept the occupation qualification training in the future, while the traditional training mode cannot meet this requirements. The popular network education provides a new way for the development of vocational training, which makes learners choose the object of learning at anytime and anywhere to meet the learners'diverse learning needs and greatly reduce the cost of learning.This study focuses on the design and development of network training curriculum for occupational qualification certification. This paper analyzes the situation of occupational qualification certification training at home and abroad, chooses the most suitable theories for professional education as the theory foundation to guide the development of network curriculum, such as the adult learning theory, cognitive flexible theory, experiential learning theory and competence-based education theory. This dissertation consulted the existing typical development mode of online course, combined the current situation of domestic network curriculum development, constructed the online courses development mode of occupational qualification training from the curriculum development personnel composition, curriculum development strategy and curriculum development processes, and illustrated the working process of each stage. Finally, this dissertation introduced the development practice of occupational qualification training curriculum in PMP.This research aims at discussing the general development mode of occupational qualification certification training course based on network, so as to make some contributions to improve China's network course on vocational training.
