New curriculum reform of basic education requires changes in the original form of the classroom, and the turn of traditional teaching methods, advocating interactive teaching. However, being influenced by the traditional evaluation criteria of teaching, the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction in classroom is still not completely satisfactory, which restricts the biology teaching reform and development. Therefore, under the guidance of modern teaching theory, to find an effective mode of classroom interaction, and make teaching interaction from formal to the real interaction is the starting point of this topic.After learning the significance of implementing the interactive teaching under the proposed new curriculum, and defining related concept of the interactive card teaching, this thesis discusses the relevant theoretical basis, and describes the research process and the situation at home and abroad. In the main part of the paper, with the questionnaire survey of secondary school biology classroom interaction, we pertinently put forward and implement the interactive card teaching method in order to gradually realize the change of the way of teacher teaching and the way of student learning in based on summarying the results of the survey. During the process, the author selected the course book (Zhejiang version) and two parallel arts classes in Longgang High School, Zhejiang for the study and carried out a semester of experimental study. Before and after the experiment, we conducted a series of interviews and questionnaire, pre-testing and post-testing the experimental group and controlled group. Measurement indicators include student interest in learning, learning psychology, learning ability, cooperation and exchange, academic achievement and so on. The data acquired were analyzed statistically with the aid of SPSS 11.5, and we evaluate the application effect of the interactive card teaching from the qualitative and quantitative aspects.After implementing the interactive card teaching method in biology classroom of high school, we draw the following conclusions by investigation and analysis of experimental results:1,The students'interest in learning has been improved, and the self-confidence in study and learning motivation has been strengthened after the practice of the interactive card teaching; 2,The cooperation and communication between students has been promoted; 3,The students'academic performance has been improved after the practice of the interactive card teaching;4,To some extent, the way of student learning has been changed; 5,The interactive card teaching method has promoted the way of teacher teaching change and the growth of teachers;6,But the students'learning ability isn't improved significantly, pending further study. In addition, the study also discusses how to collate and optimize the cards accumulated during teaching practice and how to use the cards to develop distinctive curriculum resources. Finally, the drawbacks of this study and some recommendations for future research are provided after the summary of the results.
