Along with the continuous development of the country’s new round of curriculum reform and modern educational technology, today’s classroom equipment are constantly updated, more and more towards the more and more towards the modernization,automation and information technology.Modern educational technology and the combination of classroom teaching, make our classroom teaching mode to upgrade from the traditional "blackboard + chalk" to the "computer + projection" of the multimedia classroom, then to today’s interactive electronic whiteboard classroom. Education technology constantly updated, in order to promote the interaction between teachers and students in classroom teaching activity process, transformation of the mode of teaching, improve the classroom efficiency, build efficient classroom provides more and more helpful.Interactive electronic whiteboard retained the traditional blackboard and multimedia teaching advantages, provide strong support for its powerful interactivity, generation and a variety of functions for the effective implementation of the efficiency of classroom teaching and improve classroom. Therefore, technical features and functions based on the interactive whiteboard and the practice research on the construction of efficient classroom of high school biology classroom teaching, to provide guidance for biology teachers in the use of interactive electronic whiteboard.In the process of implementing this study mainly finished the following work:1.By the early access to literature, information, understanding of domestic and foreign research status and achievements for the efficient classroom and interactive electronic whiteboard, based on the meaning of constructing efficient classroom, biology, teaching strategies and the use of interactive electronic whiteboard in classroom of middle school to build biological efficiency advantage, found that the combination of interactive whiteboard technology and efficient classroom.2.Through the questionnaire survey and individual interview, within the scope of Luoyang city on five randomly selected 50 high school biology teachers, to investigate the use of interactive electronic whiteboard in biology classroom, the problems found during the investigation are summarized, the summary, and put forward the coping strategies.3.Two classes were chosen from experimental school as experimental class and control class, and select the person teaches the version high school biology required two first class second section of the first chapter "meiosis and fertilization effect", the use of interactive electronic whiteboard teaching design and teaching practice in the experimental class. Through the way of case analysis and test paper test, from the teaching content, students grasp the situation, etc, based on the experimental classes and the comparison of that in comparative classes, analysis of the interactive electronic whiteboard application effect in high school biology classroom, according to the case template, the high school biology classroom, combining with the interactive electronic whiteboard respectively from import, teaching, practice, summarizes four links for using interactive electronic whiteboard ways to construct the biological efficient classroom.4. The contents of this paper are summarized, points out the shortage of the study and reflection, points out the direction for the next step study.
