The Imbalance Research About Area Layout Of Chinese Research University

As the development of "985 project" and "211 project", the research university which take on higher education heavily responsibilities for talents training quality and innovation ability is continuously rising, the function of serving the country, regional economic and social development is visibly increasing, the international competition of higher education is rising gradually. However, some factors, such as social development and historical transformation, leads to unbalanced regional development in our research university. The development of our higher education, especially research university, which is the same as our economy zone, exist the contradictory among the eastern, central and western regions. Better to solve above problems and to promote the harmony development of interregional research university, which can ensure smooth implementation of the twelfth five years plan by supplying technical service, talents training and technology support, not only have a positive influence in promoting the balanced development of economy, culture and technology among eastern, central and western regions, but also is helpful to solve some problems, such as the shortage of talented people and the backwardness of technology.Seeing through present unbalanced interregional and regional state in our research university, this paper analyzes the formation reasons of above state from many viewpoints, such as history, society, economy, environment, humans and so on..We also evaluate present regional layout of research university from different aspects:improving teaching efficiency of higher learning and postgraduate education, balancing area development, equal opportunity of education, etc. In conclusion, some basic principle and thought are put forward to promoting the readjustment and optimization of regional layout in our research university.
