Study On The Layout Adjustment Of Compulsory Education School In Xi'an City

Balanced development is the strategic task of compulsory education.To meet the needs of urban and rural development,it is our country's basic policy of compulsory education development that we should plan the layout of schools reasonably,facilitate students to enter schools nearby,and basically achieve balanced development of schools in the region.In recent years,with the acceleration of the pace of the construction of the international metropolis in Xi'an,the urban skeleton has rapidly widened,and the area of the built-up area has also increased rapidly.The change of urban construction and population makes the original layout of compulsory education schools in the city can not meet the needs of school-age children.This paper studies the adjustment of the distribution of compulsory education schools in Xi'an city.First,it introduces the related concepts of the compulsory education and the adjustment of the school layout.The use of educational and social harmonious development theory and education equity theory,using literature research method and survey method,analyzes the reasons of the existence of Xi'an city's layout of the compulsory school development is not balanced,the school layout is not reasonable,summed up the degree of regional population growth and incremental imbalance and three issues.Analysis of three main reasons for the existence of Xi'an City compulsory education school layout adjustment problems,one is the objective existence of school choice behavior leading to the relative lack of regional policy is two degrees,due to the lack of the layout of the school is not sufficient,the three is the protection of migrant workers children nearby school caused by insufficient degree.The article draws on some specific practices in the adjustment of the distribution of compulsory education schools in Japan and Chengdu City the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in Hangzhou city and relieve urban pressure of migrant workers moved children protection advanced experience,put forward the compulsory education in urban and rural development,strengthen policies to protect the reasonable layout of compulsory education schools,scientific prediction Countermeasures of region population timely adjust the layout of the school,hoping to solve the Xi'an City compulsory education school layout adjustment problems help.
