Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of College Students' Career Planning In China

The employment situation of university students has been increasingly serious since college enrollment was implemented from 1999, and was getting worse. In this context, how to improve the employability and competitiveness of university students, an effective solution to the problem of employment of university students has become a hot topic of social concern. On the one hand, college students could not find suitable work for the panic, on the other hand, enterprises can not recruit the right people. Upset that the contradiction between supply and demand is largely due to the lack of the education and career planning of university students. A professional education of career planning help students not only to construct a reasonable knowledge structure and improve the overall quality, but also can help students clear their own career goals, and establish high professional ideals.In the same time,it also has an important strategic significance to the building of university brand, reputation and stability and development of social harmony.Thus, the education of college students career planning has become a new task, new tasks and new challenges that our country's colleges and universities face to.This paper first introduces the concepts of students career planning, and describes the classical theory of foreign-related, and then found the universal problems of colleges and universities in career planning education through the status of career planning education investigation of five colleges and universities in Taiyuan City. The main problems include: insufficient attention to vocational education, curriculum is not standardized, talent assessment and the building of career counseling is inadequate. On the basis of drawing on other literature and binding relevant theories, this paper further made strong recommendations and measures for feasibility of college students'career education.Mainly include: to establish an advanced concept of career education, improve the content of students'career education, to build a comprehensive career education system and so on. Its core idea is to require schools to establish a counseling agencies that have specification system and comprehensive career services,integrating all aspects of the resources for the effective implementation of career planning of college students education.
