The Study On College Students’ Career Planning Education Problems

This paper analyzes the current problems lying in the process ofcollege students career planning education in China by combining themethod of literature research and interviewing. Synthesizing the paradigmsand perspectives of education and sociology, it mainly focuses on theoverall conceptions of the college students career planning education in thehope of propel the healthy development of college students career planningeducation in China.This paper centers around the college students career planningeducation. Firstly, it describes the current research situation of collegestudents career planning education at home and abroad in an objective wayand looks back upon the development and evolution of Chinese careerplanning education. Secondly, it discusses the important theories andmeanings of career planning education. It takes the current situation andexisting problems of career planning education at home as the major pointand thoroughly explains the reasons. Finally, this paper combinestheoretical analysis with empirical research. Given the questions resultingfrom the analysis of the research, based on the experience accumulatedfrom foreign countries, it proposes the overall conceptions of the careerplanning education for college students from five aspects, which includesorganization and management system, teaching management system,practical operation system, evaluation and feedback system and socialsupport system.
