Research On The Problems And Strategies Of College Students’ Career Planning

Career planning, in terms of students, is an effective way of self-management, can help students and accurate self-understanding, self-analysis, which according to their personality traits, expertise, knowledge of the structure of employment and social environment, is going to perform professional and career goals to be achieved or career aspirations to achieve an effective program to develop directionality. University Students stage is the golden stage career planning, career planning and effective implementation can help students solve a career in the "four"- orientation, location, orientation, centering, as soon as possible to determine their career goals, hold their own professional orientation, thus avoiding the blind, passive learning. On the other hand, with the college enrollment in recent years, China’s economic restructuring and transformation of economic structure, the employment situation of college students become more critical. Effective career planning can help students to solve the employment problem, to ease the employment pressure, maintaining a stable and prosperous countries, to achieve a comprehensive free development of college students. Thus, under the new situation, strengthening career college students’ career planning education and research on college students personal development, career development, social and economic development of particular importance.However, the current form of education is still optimistic about career planning, career planning education although China started earlier, but the development is slow, there are over a fairly long period of stagnation phase. Thus, China’s vocational education is still in the early planning stages, there are still insufficient for college students career planning education theory and practical experience. In this paper, focusing on strengthening the university career planning education as the theme, the full investigation and analysis of the current situation of Chinese college students planning careers education, problems and causes. Furthermore, drawing on the successful experience of foreign career planning education in the existing research on the basis of an effective combination of career planning education with China’s actual situation, social employment environment, students’ growth characteristics, with targeted analysis to strengthen the college students to explore career planning education in our country policies and measures.
