In the 21st century, the network technology develops so rapid that new technologies, new concepts are emerging one after another. "Cloud Computing" -- a kind of burgeoning commercial calculation model becomes a hot spot of research in the current. With high capability, low threshold, low cost, convenient services, Cloud Computing has brought great changes to the people's work and life style, and makes a tremendous impact on educational ideas, models and methods. The using of Cloud Computing platform for the network to provide learning and environmental assisted instruction will produce fundamental changes in the field of education.Information era requires students to grasp learning ability, creative capability, collaborative and communicative skills. In this paper, the most current technology integrates the cloud service and teaching, meanwhile Task-based learning is carried out in the actual teaching under the collaborative learning research and practice to enhance the independent learning skills, improve the collaborative learning ability of students, and nurture the comprehensive quality to adapt to the social development.This paper is divided into five parts. Introduction has touched upon the background of the subject, the research problems, the purpose and significance, and research methodology. The first chapter started from the rise of Cloud Computing, introduced the concept, characteristics, adopted cloud computing services, and its applications in different areas and development status. The second chapter described the development of computer assisted instruction, characteristics, application and status of Cloud Computing instruction, and made a profile to the Cloud Computing platform. The third chapter reviewed the theoretical basis of the paper, discussed the task-based model-driven collaborative learning instructional design principles and methods, and introduced the cloud collaborative learning by using Cloud Computing services platform. Chapter Four collaborated on the design of teaching learning in detail by Cloud Computing services platform and elaborated the process of teaching practice to evaluate the effects of teaching reflection. The last chapter of the text made a summary and outlook.
