In China, the Example Education has always been the most important practice cherished by our party and government. Ever since the 21st Century, facing the multi-variety value and society transition, our Central Party mentioned"building the core value of Communism","enhancing the moral education of Citizens".Moreover, it also specify that"The Example Education is the sole important path to achieve better moral education of our civilians". It asked all local governments and varies organizations to promote the Example Education. Under this circumstance, the Example Education has been cherished. However, affected by traditional philosophy of education, not only failed to achieve the goals set up by our party, also cause a big waste of our society resources. How to realize the true value of Example Education becoming a hot topic in our whole society.In this situation, in order to rescue from the limitations of traditional Example Education Philosophy, we should re-analyze the contemporary value of education by combining our current society, and to gradually improve our Example Education based on the basic principle of Example Education. Only in this way, we could realize the true value of Example Education, and improving the negative situation of education existing in our society. Therefore, this thesis will set up the specific goals of Example Education by analyzing and organizing the contemporary value of Example Education. For individuals, the true value of Example education could benefit us in following ways: it could create a primary environment for individual's development, it could set up a good example to us, it could improve civilian's moral awareness, and it could help individuals to become more and more social. For Society, the true value of Example education could benefit us in following ways: it could help us to succeed and improve our precious culture, and also contribute to our economic growth.The third part mainly states how to maximum the value of Contemporary Example Education. This part is the main part of thesis, it is also the part to fully analyze the Example Education. First of all, based on analysis from previous parts, combing our current Example Education situation, it summarized factors which influence the Example Education: social factors, the social images of Example, and the promotion of Example. Then, based on these factors, it proposed methods for maximum the true value of Example Education to solve current problems existing in our education philosophies. The methods including but not limited to that: currently, we should praise the reasonable value of Example Education, and to optimize social environment, perfect images of example, to realize the true value of Example Education, to let Example Education to contribute to our build of core value of Communism and our build of civilian's moral education.
