This study conducted a survey of 1,100 Uighur junior high school students as a sample to explore the impact of the rule of law education approach on the realization of the goals of the rule of law education.Through the overall analysis,we can see that the situational simulation(forensic simulation)has the highest degree of satisfaction and the role play satisfaction is the lowest;the familiarity of legal knowledge is the highest,and the familiarity of the rule of law belief is the lowest;the rule of law education method is aimed at the goal of legal education for Uigur junior high school students.The most significant effect.Through the analysis of differences,it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the level of satisfaction of the Uighur junior high school students with the law education methods in the areas of student source,only child,Mandarin fluency,teaching materials,role play,and comprehensive evaluation;teachers,textbooks,national language fluency,and comprehensive evaluation are There is a significant difference in the familiarity of the rule of law education for Uighur junior high school students.Through regression analysis,we can see that the teaching materials and comprehensive evaluation have a significant influence on the satisfaction of the Uighur junior high school legal education method;the teaching materials have a significant influence on the familiarity of the Uighur junior high school legal education target;story teaching is Legal knowledge has significant influence;case study,role play,situation simulation,value discrimination has significant influence on rule of law ability;case study,role play,situation simulation,rule of law debate,value discrimination The belief in the rule of law has a significant influence.Through path analysis,we can see that role-playing has the greatest influence on legal knowledge,case-study has the greatest influence on rule-of-law ability,and value discrimination has the least influence on rule of law belief;The goal of rule of law education has the greatest impact,the belief in the rule of law has the smallest impact on the rule of law education,legal knowledge influences the rule of laweducation between the two;value discrimination on the rule of law education goals The impact of the story is the greatest,and stories teaching has the smallest impact on the rule of law education.The other four kinds of legal education methods affect the rule of law education between the two.Through the analysis of legal education methods and the objectives of the rule of law education as a whole,differences analysis,regression analysis and path analysis,and put forward corresponding research countermeasures and suggestions on the results of the analysis,in order to improve the legal education of the "moral and rule of law" class.The effectiveness.
