Our country is a traditional agricultural country and rural population accounts for the vast majority of the total population. China's fate is closely related with the progress and development of China's rural areas. In contemporary rural China, the biggest problems are that farmers' educational level are relatively low, their ideas are backward, advanced agricultural technology cannot be promoted and put in use in time. The rural elementary and middle schools graduates are not qualify for the work after returning back to the home country. The solution to these problems depends on the scientific development of rural education.Scientific action is the forerunner of correct theory. For a variety of reasons, our past rural education study appeared comparatively weak in theory. Previous researchers relatively pay more attention to rural education history overview, "civilian educator"social activities documentary, inadequate policies and regulations lack cross-examine and "left-behind children" life etc. Few scholars explicitly explore and discuss it from the philosophy point of view, especially not from aspect of family, school, individual and society quaternary angle. Until now there isn't any mature and systematical study on this aspect. Therefore, it is really a work with of academic value and application value to make a carry on the systematic research, summarize characteristics and regularity in order that we can provide relevant reference to contemporary rural education in our country.The paper falls into three parts and make a study philosophy concept of China's rural education.The first part is about the theoretical and practical significance of philosophy concept of China's rural education and the definitions to the "philosophy of concept" and "rural education".Secondly, it discusses the ideas of philosophy in rural education from four aspects:family, school, individual and society.The first, family education is to ordain heart for heaven and earth. In fact, heaven and earth is heartless itself, it is human's heart that ordains heart for it. Family education is the system engineering that helps children establishing their "heart" and the great mission that is responsible for the child's life happiness. Children are the parents' future and hope, and vice versa, parents' educational level decides the children's development level. Unaware of this and acting on impulse will result in trouble. In reality, the example of failure in children's education are too numerous to count just like the heaven stars. We can find their roots in the family education.The second, school education is to secure life and future for the people. As the old saying goes, "the article is a Nation event of eternity." As teachers who teach the "article" well as a good "man teacher", is the bounden duty and mission." The generals can't fight, the weapons is a waste. The knowledge you learned can not be used, which is rubbish. Ming Dynasty writer Wu Cong Xian once said. Running school education is very important and meaningful to the rural education in China. The magnificent cause, the great country, the well-being of the people depend on the education.The third, individual education is to pass down the old wisdom. The real education is self-education. Whether you learn well or not, lies on if you learn by heart. As long as you learn by heart and soul, it can be "fell free to write and creat brilliant words". To study to be responsible for oneself is the watershed between intelligent life and the common one,it is also a touchstone to determine whether a person has a promising future, which is alike in an ancient Chinese or foreign countries.The fourth, the social education is to establish peaceful governing for all future generations. People are social beings, the social environment to human existance and development has a subtle value guide. In the vast rural areas, due to the further expanding of "the three left-behind" and the lack of family and school education, declining of many children's morality and misconduct, the future of the children is dangerous. To develop the rural education, we must fully realize the dynamic role of the social education so as to approach the advantages and avoid the disadvantages. The sound development of social education, in the final analysis, cannot be separated from the protection of laws and regulations. From the investment in education, teacher growth, the media monitoring, educational accountability, social supervision, are inseparable from the establishment and improvement of the "institutional mechanism of the scientific development". Social education is a big picture which begins with the small parts, to take preventive measures, is an eternal and peaceful education, especially in rural areas.The third part is based on the summarizing the idea of this paper and makes prospect of its value and further study in the future.
