High vocational school teachers as a university teacher are very important and relatively young member of the group, their job satisfaction in the presence of higher vocational colleges has a vital role in the development. This study has been "vocational college teachers'job satisfaction questionnaire" on the Inner Mongolia region 8 vocational colleges conducted a survey of nearly 300 teachers, from the work itself, leadership, management, human relations, benefits, work environment and further enhance the six dimensions to consider vocational college teachers'job satisfaction. Analysis through the survey data as a whole, as well as gender, age, title, nationality, education and job categories of teachers a differential analysis found that higher vocational school teachers for their work on the whole, it is quite satisfactory. But there are also areas such as:urgent upgrading of vocational college teachers' benefits; the current management still exists in higher vocational colleges "Administration" on the roads, middle-aged teacher job satisfaction several aspects such as lower.Accordingly, our vocational college teachers'job satisfaction makes the following recommendation:first of all, should continue to increase funding for vocational education, raising the living standards of teachers Secondly, in higher vocational colleges should establish a more reasonable pay distribution system. Third, we must improve the management of higher vocational colleges to realize "administration.(?) it is necessary to strengthen the reserve development of the tea(?) profession, reasonable teachers training team. Finally, the high vocational school teachers themselves should evaluate their full understandin(?) their roles.
