Teachers are the dominant force in a school education teaching and the important guarantee to improve the quality of education teaching.The enthusiasm of teachers' work will directly affect the overall work level of a school.And to a certain extent,it depends on a scientific and reasonable teacher management system of a school.With the deepening of the research,the research on teacher management job satisfaction has become an important research field concerned by the industry,especially the research on teacher management job satisfaction of higher vocational colleges has become an important content of the research of education scholars.Therefore,for higher vocational colleges,only by improving the satisfaction of teachers' management can we better mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers in higher vocational colleges,improve the teaching quality of education,and cultivate more high-quality technical talents.Based on the theory of hierarchy of needs,human resource management and incentive theory,this paper conducts a survey and research on the current status of teacher management in N vocational and technical college by using scientific research methods such as literature analysis,Interview method,Questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Through the questionnaire survey,the differences of teachers' management job satisfaction were found to be influenced by such factors as teachers' gender,age,working years,educational background,professional title and part-time job.The dimensions of the survey include: teaching management,scientific research management,management system,salary performance,training promotion,title evaluation,career planning,and management of teacher resource.The research results show that N vocational and technical college teachers' management job satisfaction is above the average level.Teachers' satisfaction with the school's management work in the four aspects of teaching management,scientific research management,management system and management of teacher resource is slightly above the average level,but the satisfaction with the management work in the four aspects of salary performance,training promotion,professional title evaluation and employment,and career planning is slightly lower than the average level.Although the teacher management job satisfaction is not affected by the teacher's gender,it is related to the teacher's age,working years,educational background,professional title,part-time job and other factors.On this basis,in order to further improve the satisfaction of N vocational and technical college teachers' management work,some feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the existing problems and reasons.In this paper,the research content and the N vocational technology college teachers' management work reality closely.Proposed countermeasure has strong pertinence and practical value.For higher vocational colleges and the management of teachers,effectively arousing the enthusiasm of teachers' work,improving the quality of education and teaching effect,promoting the rapid and sound development of the school has very obvious significance.
