Research On Sepcialtv Setting Of Higher Vocational Ininner Mongolia

The specialty setting bridged the relationship between higher vocational colleges and society, which is the nucleus of higher vocational educational activities, and which is one of the best breakthrough points exploring the rules of higher vocational education and solving the problems of higher vocational education.Take the specialty setting as the research, it is very important for the development of higher vocational education. The thesis includes five parts:first,it mainly introduced the background and the state of specialty setting in Inner Mongolia, which concluded the character of specialty setting of higher vocational in Inner Mongolia, and which analyze the existed problems of specialty setting. Second,it is given some advices for specialty setting of higher vocational in Inner Mongolia from the sides of the governments, the schools and the enterprises. The last is the case study, which take the Wuhai Vocational Technical Institute as the example. Based on the status, the character and the existed problems of specialty setting of higher vocational in Inner Mongolia, the thesis gives some advices for the government, the school and the enterprises. The government should set up the database for demand and supply. The school should use the PDCA circulation method and the SWOT to analyze the specialty. The enterprises should participate in the specialty setting, and take more cooperation with school.By research the specialty setting of higher vocational in Inner Mongolia, it provides new idea for the specialty setting, which can be better and be suitable for cultivated skilled talents needed by the economic development of Inner Mongolia.
