Every country exists dropout phenomenon, China's dropout is the stage of compulsory education. Although our country had issued many laws and regulations to safeguard the rights of citizens, our country's dropout rates still very serious. This could lead many juvenile of dropout. Scholars have given a lot of attention to dropout, but they almost focus on the status dropout, the hazards of dropout, the reasons of dropout, rarely attention the development after juvenile dropout. This reasearch focus on dropout juvenile's development through their behavior.The autor has used qualitative reasearch method survery the behavior of dropout juvenile in X village. Divided the behaviors to three types:do nothing in village, apprentice and work part-time. Then divided the juvenile to three type according to how mang behaviors they experirnce till survey. There is experience one behavior, experience two behaviors and experience three behaviors. Among them, experience one behavior include have been doing apperentice and has been working. Then chose one typical of four type to analysis use the theory of symbols interaction. Discusses the reason of they choose some behavior, the reason of bahaviors variations or stability, the impact of behavior on them, the harvest of dropout teenagers, their's life goal and future planning.Based on the analysis of typical case dropout, concluded four conclusions. First, the important reason choice behavior is the demand of remuneration. The evaluation to remuneration demand impact the dropout juvenile choice of behavior. Second, group identity is the road which must be passed to adaptive the bahavior. No matter what kind of behavior the dropout juvenile choice, they could adaptive that behavior only when exist in peer groups in the situation. Third, the main mode of behavior change is horizontal flow. Although some dropout juvenile frequently change their behavior, this change does not make them realize upward mobility, their change follow the pattern of horizontal flow. Fourth, positive and negative function is the duality of behavior's impaction. The behavior produce some good impaction such as they obtained economic independence, but also produce harmful impaction such as they lack the target of life.
