Physical Bilingual Education is a development of a new kind of situation in physical education. It makes the development of physical education a more colorful place in our country. In this era which is full of opportunities and challenges, to develop sports talent by the way of bilingual physical education has become the first task in 21st century. Some overseas studies have indicated that student who received bilingual education in concept formation, knowledge transfer, international perspective, communication skills, etc., are significantly better than monolingual education students received. College students have a good foundation in English, and knowledge levels are more abundant. So it is important in Physical Bilingual Education. This provides that an important revelation to bilingual education and research of sports. From the perspective of the learner's cognitive, Physical Bilingual Education can cultivate peoples′philosophy. A person with Physical Bilingual capacity will have mastered the method and the habits of observation and understanding the world. A proverb says: Ten trees, takes a hundred years. The implementation of Physical Bilingual Education can expand their vision, improve their knowledge of literacy and develop students′bilingual capacity in the sports. Meanwhile, the fierce competition in the future could take the initiative. Therefore, first of all, the implementation of curriculum Physical Bilingual Education can promote the development of quality education in college and, on the other hand, can promote the PE teachers to improve teaching levels and the use of the ability of physical education in foreign languages, and to enrich the content of physical education for students, to provide the ideal environment and space by using the creation of foreign language learning and communication. Physical Bilingual Education is of comprehensive development of the overall quality of physical education teachers, to enhance the integrated ability of students, to cultivate a great amount of excellent multiple sports talents for our society. Thereby, this may improve the educational quality and competitiveness of sports among our colleges and universities, to create some effective conditions for the development of Physical Education in our universities.In China, Physical Bilingual Education is just in the initial stage. Although the bilingual education has achieved some success abroad, the purpose of bilingual education is different with foreign attributes in China. So our country could not copy the experience of foreign countries totally. Only with own conditions, and in the practice of bilingual education can explore a way for our own. This paper is trying to empirical investigation, use of literature, questionnaire, expert consultation, statistics and logical analysis and other research methods, to analysis the current Nanchang area of Physical Bilingual Education status of implementation of existing. Some of the major problems and the use of theoretical knowledge related to some reference in the recommendations for future Physical Bilingual Education reference for further research. The main contents are as follows:1. The topics based on: the issues are raised mainly introduced the background, purpose and meaning.2. Part of literature review: the literature on bilingual education research at home and abroad were consolidated and summarized to explain the theory of bilingual teaching and the concept of bilingual education, while research on the status of bilingual education at home and abroad, and Sports Bilingual Education Research analyzed.3. The section of results and analysis: This section details in the area of Nanchang City for Physical Bilingual Education survey process, with survey results and overall analysis. Paper questionnaire survey, expert interviews, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and other methods, respectively, from Physical Bilingual Education teachers, physical education students in English, Physical Bilingual Education curriculum, Physical Bilingual Education materials, Physical Bilingual Education classroom, Physical Bilingual Education effectiveness, leadership expert interviews, the difficulty of practical implementation of all aspects of a detailed investigation.
