In this study, evolutionary biology, psychology, pedagogy, curriculum andteaching theory, modern basketball advanced tutorials as the theoretical basis, the useof literature, expert interviews, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logicalreasoning, draw community for the basketball professional teachers demandconditions, the the Basketball Course and the goodness of fit of the needs of thecommunity analysis and study, Nanchang public of Physical Education ProfessionalBasketball Course reform measures. Aimed at promoting scientific conduct of publicNanchang College of Physical Education Major in Basketball Course to meet therequirements of the community basketball special students, thus contributing to theincrease in the rate of employment of basketball special students, to promote theNanchang College Physical Education Major reform and development guidance.First, the analysis of the current situation of social demand on the basketballprofessional sports teachers.The professionals of compound Basketball basketball knowledge, skills anddiverse, individualized teaching character humorous talent. The basic theoreticalknowledge of specific professional knowledge and skills on the basketball, basketballskills and tactics, sports team training, basketball extracurricular activities, basketballcontest with the referee; teaching methods to explain the Model Law, practice law,cooperation approach, explore teaching methods, their own teaching methods andcorrect and error; assessment on the skills test assessment methods, the teachingcompetition assessment methods, theory test assessment methods; evaluation processevaluation, diagnostic evaluation, summative assessment methods, qualitativeevaluation and quantitative evaluation methods.Secondly, the study analyzed the physical education professional basketballSpecialist Course goodness of fit with the needs of the community.Training objectives do not coincide with the needs of the community. Broader socialneeds basketball professionals type connotation, in addition to the need basketballprofessional knowledge and skills, but also have a humorous character, theindividualized teaching ability. The teaching basketball professional knowledge andskills with the needs of the community the goodness of fit is not high. Teaching content, teaching methods, meansand needs of the community does not match. Social needs of professional basketballsports teachers should have to have to explain the Model Law, practice law, followedshould have co-teaching methods, to explore the pedagogy, their own teachingmethods and correct the error method. The teaching content evaluation methods, assessment methods do not coincide with the needs of the community., Specializingin teaching content assessment and evaluation methods do not offer the basic socialneeds assessment and evaluation methods.Finally, this study proposes to build social needs Basketball Course reformmeasures.Accurate positioning training objectives based on the needs of middle school PEteachers. Basketball Course training objectives should be positioned cultivating talent,continue to focus on basketball professional knowledge and skills, especially theability to develop individualized and humorous personality.Based on the needs of middle school PE teachers to improve the teaching content.Increase interaction individualized, humorous, students and between students andteachers, instrument deportment, basketball extracurricular activities, knowledge andability. Creation of cooperative pedagogy, to explore pedagogy, their own teachingmethods and correct the error method. Assessment of ways to increase the skills test,teaching the game, and the theory test, a multivariate assessment methods; evaluationmethod to increase the diagnostic evaluation, process evaluation, summativeassessment methods, qualitative evaluation methods and quantitative evaluationmethod, the formation of multiple evaluation methods.
