In recent years, with the increase of international sports activities, the internationalization of sports is speeding gradually, is particularly important to have a high English level in the exchange of international sports. Bilingual teaching in English and Chinese in P.E. institutes having been earned a widespread concern in order to cultivate the sports talents for the current international situations,. Although the Capital Institute of Physical Education have developed the bilingual teaching, but there are still a lot to improve. Therefore, the aim of this article is to improve the bilingual teaching of capital institute of physical education.By the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and case analysis, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, and basis on the analysis and investigation on The Capital Institute of Physical Education, this paper brings out of following conclusions:1,Among the seven bilingual teachers of the Capital Institute of Physical Education, there are 3 teachers have the master degree and 4 have the doctor degree.They are willing to bear the bilingual teaching, few of the teachers had the abroad experience or accepted related training in English speaking countries. This shows they have higher education.2,Currently,90% of the bilingual materials in the Capital Institute of Physical Education are self-written. the reason lead to such situation is that foreign textbooks are expensive to be accepted by students and the contents is difficult for students.3,Bilingual classes in Capital Institute of Physical Education is welcomed by the students, but their English level is not high,60.3 percent of the students acquire only 100-1999 vocabulary, students only 5.2% of them acquire over 3000 vocabulary, only 30% of whom reached CET4.4,The attitude of the students in learning bilingual class is not very good. A few students can do the preparation of the class and review it..5,As the final result of bilingual teaching, most of students pointed out that their English level and professional knowledge have been improved a lot.6,The environment of bilingual teaching is not very good and half of the students are not satisfied with it.
