The Research Of The Operating Mechanism Of Academic Power In The Modern University

On the background of the more and more opening modern education, the higher education makes a huge change, Nowadays the university gradually come into the community center from the margins of society. Due to the rapid development of our society, there are some changes in the relationships of the powers within the University. So,rational distribution of academic power, coordination of academic power and administrative power, the correct management of the exercise of Academic Affairs, norming the academic power operating mechanism will plays a vital role to the development of the modern university.Based on the comprehensive of the education, the sociology, the management science and other sujects as well as domestic and foreign research scholars, with the actual situation of the national higher education development, this paper defined the concept of the operating mechanism of academic power in the modern university and the related academic concepts. It analysed the status and problems of the modern university and the academic of academic power operating in the modern university. Meanwhile, in order to promote higher education, colleges and universities harmonious development, learning from American's and German's advanced experience of the modern construction of academic power in the operating mechanism ,this paper proposed to the basic principles to construct the work of optimizing the operation of power in modern university system. What's more, it also proposed the basic framework and effectively integrating for exercising the problemes of the modern university and the academic of the academic power operating in the modern university.
