The new curriculum reform not only proposes a higher goal to the study of students, but also put forward new demands to the set of courses and teachers'teaching ability. Traditional teachers used to work independently, lacking cooperation with other teachers. The new form of education requires teachers to make changes and try to cooperate with other teachers in the team work.This paper is based on the previous research of teaching teams and interdisciplinary co-teaching, using case study method, and takes two cases of co-teaching as research objects. It put forward questions about teaching team building, team culture formation and the relationship of cooperation and teachers'professional development, through observation and interviews to collect case data.First of all,according to literature research,this paper summarizes the current domestic and international research on interdisciplinary co-teaching, and on this basis, it locates its research ideas and the problems to solve.Secondly, the paper describes the two cases, and introduces its research process and research programs design. At first, it proposes research questions and theoretical assumption, then gathers data via observing and interviewing, at last analyses the data.Thirdly, in this paper, through data collection and analysis of cases, it summarise the cases and proposes the model of interdisciplinary co-teaching, and particularly states several key elements in the model, such as co-teaching environment, the formation of the teaching team, the roles of team members, the cooperation and interflow in the team and the formation of the culture of collaboration.Fourthly, according to the results of case studies and document analysis, the paper discusses the relationship between cooperation and teachers'professional development from the external dynamics and intrinsic supports, and how to promote cooperation in teachers'professional development.Finally, this paper summarizes the results of research and contribution to the study. Also it presents the problems and further research direction.
