Research On The Strategies Of Promoting Online Participant In Online Learning Based On Ecological Principles

With the prosperous progress of science and the Internet,online learning is a very important learning form in the journey of current education.But online learning has not achieved the desired effect in informational teaching practice,and the participation is not high.Based on this situation,we aim to make the ecological environment balance and better development.And then we try design the strategy of promoted participation to improve online learning effects.In this study,we make analysis of the documents of ecology and learning participation by Literature Analysis.Guided as ecological principle,this study explores the relationship among environment,resources,teachers and learners in online learning.We summarize that online learning has some especial ecological features.Such as online learning,open with freedom,information internalization with externalization,equality with living together,and individual learning with collective learning.All these ecological factors in the ecological system interact with each other.Learners are important ecological factors that any various behaviors affect the learners themselves,and even extend to the entire ecological learning system.This study investigates the present status by Questionnaire based on the studies about online learning participation.Based on the documents,the author find some issues that excessively free activities,low participation and communication etc.In order to solve these ecological problems,we put forward relevant strategies:l)set the ecological learning environment,and cultivate participatory habits;2)promote knowledge generated in diversified ways;3)develop the leading force of teachers,and then strengthen interaction;4)pay attention to cooperation and competition,improve participative vitality.In order to verify the effectiveness of these strategies,this study uses the strategies in online learning,to measure the data of online learning participation.The data includes learning performance(the number of login learning platforms,time of online learning,the numbers of learning resources,the number of posts,quality of replies,etc.)and task execution.Through the collection and analysis of final data,we think that effect is good that the interaction is more closely,and the subjects of study findings with the prediction conclusions are roughly consistent.Learners participation is balanced,and everyone actively participates and interacts with each other more frequently.We conclude the results and existing problems in order to put forward the future research direction.
