Therefore, looking for a kind of the applied talents training mode of physical education in our country is very necessary and urgent.Based on this background, taking the jiangxi institute of tourism trade as an example, using the literature material law, investigation, interview method, teaching experiment method, comparison method, sports tennis professional applied talents training mode in higher vocational colleges were studied. This paper analyzes the pattern of higher vocational education in our country present situation; Innovative full-time higher vocational sports education applied talents training mode; Overseas advanced vocational colleges training mode; Jiangxi tourist trade vocational and technical college sports branch personnel training mode. On this basis, this paper created to "three, two, one" tennis teaching model as the core structure and practical talent cultivation model, and applied it in the subjects and objects through the experiment skills to master degree, the results of the competition effect, employment, social influence and other objective content test.
