Although the students'numbers of our country high school requirement expanding every year, there still be lots of student who has already devoted to into study in the high school cann't fulfill they dream at the same time, those youth who have already taken part in operative or want a better prospect also need to go on promoting their own educational background, for those that need to obtain educational background have no the opportunity enter a college, taking part in the self-educated examination is a way they obtain the educational background。But in the category covered by self-educated examination, for example, science and engineering, agriculture, cure an etc., for those youth with weaker foundation, the self-educated difficulty is usually very big; moreover, many students who fall in high school's examination are short of the social experience, their self-educated capability and wills are all worse, settle of these problems all needs the help of a community.But with the quantity of the social support Institutions increase continuously, the social support Institutions also arise many questions, for example, in the process of helping the students, they pay to much attention to the benefit lack of various hardware facility or teachers strength etc, which disorder the market of social support Institutions, effecting the development of self-educated examination business. The study of this thesis will be an important path that works out these latent problems to the institutions.This study adopts the method of literature review, interviewing method and countermeasure study to elaborate the point.From thesis structure, firstly, this study gives a definition of the interrelated concepts on the base of correlation literature summary, and makes a brief introduction to the present condition of the study. Secondly, after summarizing the successes of the developed countries'model of running school, we have got some enlightenment : Strenthen the govenment's construction to the institutions;develop the guided effection of the government soundly;advocate the ideas of lifelong education,display the fundation of continuing education as a social support institution; solidify the connection between theories and praxis.thirdly,on the basis of the problems that happened in the institutions, take investgation to different institutions of Fuzhou, and summarize and analyze the present questions. At last, based on literature review and results of interview, put forward the suggestion to build the institutions running model: service supervision system, which led by the government, participated by the society; community cooperates with the school, to build the institution-centered developing pattern; generate the system of colleting expenditure though many different ways; complete the management system which around people oriented; to form an operating mechanism to play a full use of the limited institutions educational resources to construct a curricula which formed around thesis-oriented and actively supported by the practice.
