Intervention Study On Social Support For Family Caregivers Of Major Diseases

Health risk is one of the main risks faced by human beings.However,in recent years,the incidence of major diseases in China has remained high.The major diseases have caused high medical expenses and increasing care costs,even though China has been initially established.The medical insurance system covering all residents of urban and rural areas has guaranteed the basic medical needs of the people.On the one hand,because the guarantee level of China's urban residents' basic medical insurance and the new rural cooperative medical care system is still relatively low,the medical cost is still high;on the other hand,China's disease care resources are relatively scarce,and there is no formal care for patients with major diseases.Therefore,family caregivers are still the main form of care at this stage.The family caregivers of major diseases have a long-term commitment to care,psychological and physical pressure,lack of effective social support,and seriously affect the normal life of the individual,so this group urgently needs attention.Social support theory pays attention to the adaptability of people to society,emphasizes the feelings of people in the social environment,and pays attention to the use of resources by the individual in the surrounding environment.It is believed that through planned action patterns,interventions can be formulated to achieve individual resource exchange.Effectively alleviate individual anxiety and achieve a good living condition of the individual's physiology and psychology.Through field investigation and research,the author found that the family caregivers of major diseases currently have three problems:serious negative emotions,relatively easy mental tension and limited social channels,and the occurrence of these problems is closely related to the group's lack of understanding of social support and low level of social support.This research is under the guidance of the social support theory,through the demand investigation,using social support scale,and the old negative emotions scale,accurate positioning the group needs,use the form of group work,according to the social support process model,design six theme activities,and timely adjustments in the process of operation,to ensure that the intervention effect.After the intervention,the results showed that social support was the common demand of family caregivers of major diseases through scale analysis,interaction process and cure factor analysis.Through the scale analysis,it was found that the social support level of the intervention subjects was significantly increased before and after the intervention,and the negative emotion score was significantly decreased.It can be seen that group intervention is an effective model to improve the social support level of this group.
