The study studies 60 children of 4-6 year olds, grouped into normal and musical, to see the relationship among music learning, Piagetian conservation and musical conservation. The experimental prosecess includes two parts——classical Piagetian conservation tasks and musical conservation tasks designed by the author. The specific tasks refer to length, liquid, mass, rhythm, and melody. By analyzing the data, the study finds out:Piagetian conservation grows by nature and does not show influence from the private music learning; private music learning has significant impact to musical conservation ability but appears from different ways;Piagetian type ability and musical-type ability have positive correlation in a low level;two types of ability increase by age and two groups show the same correlation between age and Piagetian ability but different between age and musical conservation ability. The normal group is higher in this regard.
