Through the Olympic Game, World cup, World Championship and other world games, we have seen the participating plan and the key role of the entry procedures. Therefore, the sports scholars of china have studied the regular pattern of the game and the characteristic of the game, having raised the opinion of the programming contestant. Through the varied sports events, the programming contestant is useful. For example, china has take the opinion"based on itself, pay attention on the process"through the preparation for the 2004 boating competition, insist on the participating process, fulfill the zero breakthrough in the game of canoe. On the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, including the fencing and others sports events have made the programming contestant to be true. As a result, it has own 51 gold medals, 21 silver medals and 28 bronze medals.The definition of"programmed entries"have been raised for many years, but aimed at the unique event is few. This article analysis the Men's Foli Individual program, and combine the trait of the fencing itself to do the research. This article have used document, interview and logical, questionnaire methods, methmatical statistics methods. The design of programming contestant comes from two parts, one is the national competition programming; the other is the factor which could make some influence on the programming entries.Through the induce of the programming entries, the analysis of the varied factors in the programming entries. It have optimized the fencing entries. What's more, it is important to do the research on the fencing event. Programming entries could cut the unfortunate events happen, help the entries more orderly, enhance the fencing competition results.
